Bee health depends on diseases, parasites, and the apiary environment. The beekeeper is responsible for hive placement, microclimate, nectar, pollen, and water supply, as well as hive ventilation and insulation. Management should follow natural colony development: strong colonies, proper balance of bees, brood, and feed, regular queen replacement, wax renewal, and clean equipment. Avoid stress, crushed bees, and robbing. Locally adapted bees with good hygiene, disease resistance, and suitable temperament ensure survival, productivity, and climate adaptation.
