To reduce the varroa mite level in the bee colony, when the colony is broodless, one option is sublimation of oxalic acid. The following practice describes the use of a professional oxalic acid vaporizer. Available tools can be used with a standard 230V power supply or a 12V power supply (for example, a car battery) with an inverter.
